USB 6501

I am using USB 6501 to controll my different devices usign relay switch. The total contall on the devices is done by labview programme. However, when I switch on the PC, all the devices are switched on. It seems the problem is with the default configuration of the USB 6501. It means, all the realy  switch is switched on automatically from the USB 6501 immediately it get power from the PC. I will be greatful if anyone give me a suggestion regarding that probelm.

The DAQ device does not drive the signalhigh or low.
