Hi stail,
you could use the example finder to get some help. Additionally i´ve attached an example for you. You need only one loop, because all channels are on the same task and you can only read all together.
Hope this helps

Hi MikeS81, thanks for the help but I was unable to open your file since my labView version is 7.1 and unfortunately it is to old to open your provided file. I have come up with a solution to my problem and I attached it. It is working right now but I would really appreciate if some can look it over and give some advise on how to improve it since I think there are several ways on how to do that.Thank you very much in advance for the help

Hi stail,
i think it looks good. If you want to read more than one channel you can select them in your channel control.

Hi Mike, to plot the data I added a graphing indicator to the wire before entering into the write file vi. But that only displays me one part of the graph. How do I manage to get a continous signal where the graph is changing with changing signal? How can I have the read out value from the IR detector displayed in the same graph? Right now I only get a graph at the end. I also don't know how to increase the length of the measurement because right now it is a very short one. Thank you/stail
