Hello,
I am using the Zoom FFT/FFR of the Sound and Vibration toolbox to do resonance analysis.
The Zoom FRF/FFT acquires a lot of data when I want a high frequency resolution. This takes a long time.
I understand that higher freq resolution means a longer sample time, but I want to use one (smaller) data record and do the Zoom FFT/FRF just on this data and not acquire more. More data does not help me much anyway, since I expect it to be periodic.
Is there a short way to make the Zoom FRF/FFT use a fixed data record (i.e. sample size/time)?
Any help would be appreciated.
Simon
