Hi all, I'm using a DIO-96 card, I've noticed that as soon as the pc is powered up it's logic gates go HIGH and give me +5v output.
I'll be using this card to drive relays so I'd like for the card logic to start LOW. Is there anyway I can do this?

I've looked through the forums and I cant find an example of how to do it with my card, only a DIO-96pnp.

My card is pictured here ->
