High Speed Digital Application (Synchronous Serial)

Hello,
 
We need to monitor and emulate two slave synchronous serial interfaces run at 13Mbps similar to SPI protocol.  The overall data transfer size to host should not be that excessive, however the response times to the messages going across the interfaces is critical.
 
The attached drawing itemizes the options we have come up with during this investigation.
 
We already have some PCI-6533 devices available and was wondering if they could meet the 13Mpbs data rates.
 
Would be interested in any other options or recommendations.

I was wondering if you was able to accurately trigger and monitor the various lines
