Input capcitance of a PXI- 6551

Hi,

does anybody know the value of the capacitance of an 6551 input pin (SHC68-C68-D2 Cable included?)? Seems, I'm (once again) to blind to find that value in the specs. :smileywink:

Thanks in advance!

Oliver,

The raw cable dominates the system capacitance relative to the 6551 and
is ~30pF/foot so the 1m cable is ~120pf.  The channel electronics
will have a typical capacitive loading ~15pF.

On page 7 of the specifications, the rise and fall times of the 6551
are specified at 2.75ns with a total system loading of 475pF.
This 475pF loading is 3x the capacitance of just the channel
electronics and cable.
