Does the SCXI 1161 output any voltage?

I'm aware the SCXI 1161 has a maximum switching voltage of 125 Vrms at 8 Amps, but can it independently output any voltage?

According to the manual, the 1161 is just a relay module, it does not output volatge by itself.
