how to count rising edge during a time whit a pci 6533

I would like aqueris a signal uninterrupted and  count the rising edge during one period off 60 seconde 
i have a  pci 6533 and labview 7
i have need to create one counter for these application

As the 6533 has no hardware counter/timer, the only thing you could do is use a digital input, sample it at a high rate, and count the rising edges of the acquired signal in software.
As an alternative you could use a M-Series board or a Counter/Timer board. Both have hardware counter/timer.

but I do not know how to make counting
