Thank you.  I have DMX 8.6 and found the test panels.

Hi namlig, It depends what driver you are using with it. If you are using DAQmx, you will have access to the test panels. If DAQmx Base is being used with the USB-6501, you can use <a href="http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/AF0F31EE5D2AD23F862573140009D7C2" target="_blank">this</a> utility instead. <a href="http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/websearch/1448A8AC665EE0EA8625703F004A4410?" target="_blank">This</a> article explains how to switch between the two drivers if you need to.
