Driving solenoid with PXI-6514

Dan,
It sounds like it is connected correctly.  What if you measure across P7.0 and P7.COM without being connected to the solenoid.  Also, have you tried any of the other lines on P7, or any of the other ports?

Without connecting to the solenoid, I can see 12VDC across P7.0 & P7.COM. So I moved the connection to other lines, and sure enough I can see ~11VDC across the solenoid. There must be something wrong with P7.0 line.
